After teaching hundreds of students across the world, I was manage to compile everything you need to know in order to start your journey on becoming a pro Dapo Artist.
This course gives you a step by step understanding of how to spin a Dapo, by the end of the course you will be able to flow your Dapo along 3 different planes; 90, 60 & 180 degrees with each hand, hence achieving a great body balance and mind- body coordination.
Course Structure: 4 Parts, 28 Tutorials,
and it includes warm ups exercises, Detailed Lessons. tips and games.
From how to spinning a Dapo and all the way to Performance guide lines.
While practising, do not forget to tune in to some upbeat music that you like, It will give you a better flow.
* We recommend that you follow the sequence of the lessons because it is designed in a planned order.
* Each part has a warm-up lesson which is essential in order to free your muscles and remove blockages in the body.
