  • I will also be providing a PDF travel guide workout booklet. Essentially anytime you travel and need a quick workout, you can use this guide. It also comes with a workout exercise index demonstrating each exercise.

  • You'll learn about principles for nutrition, sleep, and meditation for your overall physical health needs and how to apply the latest neuroscience and psychology evidence-based resources to help you.

  • You will also learn how to modify workouts as necessary, how often to train to see results, and ways to tackle nutrition for your overall health.
