I had a date, and she challenged me to show what I knew about fitness and boxing. Here you go!


This course teaches you all about basic exercises you have to do for an athletic build body. We will cover nutrition and more on how to prep food to save time for other money-making activities.


I strongly encourage you to join the fighting gym. I will show you basic moves like left arm punch, right arm punch, left cross, right cross, left uppercut, right uppercut, left leg low kick, right leg low kick, left leg middle kick, right leg middle kick, left leg high (head) kick, right leg high (head) kick, left body knee kick, right body knee kick, upper elbow, diagonal elbow, horizontal elbow and some more advance comdination and counter attacks.



Definition of boxing:

The rear hand is thrown from the chin from the guard position, traveling towards the target in a straight line. The back shoulder is comes forward and finishes touching the outside of the chin. For the cover, the lead hand can be retracted and tucked against the face to protect the inside of the chin. For additional power, the torso and hips rotate counterclockwise (for right-hand dominant and clockwise for left-hand dominant) as the straight/cross is thrown. Weight is also transferred from the rear foot to the lead foot, resulting in the back heel turning outwards to transfer weight. Body rotation and the sudden weight transfer give the straight/cross its power.
