Description

This course is designed to help adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) better understand their condition, its impact on their daily life, and strategies to manage their symptoms.
The course covers a variety of topics, including understanding  Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD),  identifying symptoms, treatment options, coping strategies, stress and anxiety management, healthy habits, communication and social skills, and overcoming challenges.

The course is intended to provide patients with practical skills and techniques to improve their overall quality of life, and help them build positive relationships with others.

The ultimate goal of the course is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools to effectively identify and manage their Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and improve their quality of life.

The course is less than 1.5 hours, this time was chosen intentionally in order to keep patients engaged and to ensure course completion

It will be instructed by Dr. Jabir Jassam. A practicing family physician in Canada with an extensive experience and qualifications in mental health including Diploma and Master degree in Psychiatry with special certification in ADHD consulting
